Human Resources Consultants, Inc. is dedicated to assisting people with psychiatric disabilities. We help you believe in your own competencies, and the ability to recover and lead a meaningful and productive life.

We provide a wide range of resources and services, including medications, counseling and support groups. HRC supports our clients in finding the appropriate programs for their housing needs and to meet their work and education goals. Every client is treated with respect and care throughout the process. HRC is one of four Regional Support Teams in Sacramento. We work with the county's Mental Health Division. Our staff includes psychiatrists, counselors, nurses and therapists. Interpreters are available for our clients who speak Spanish, Hmong, Russian, Cantonese and Vietnamese.
