Consumers Self-Help – Wellness & Recovery Center
The services at the Wellness & Recovery Center are based on increasing resiliency, improving problem-solving, developing and maintaining positive and healthy relationships, and creating opportunities to build and maintain a meaningful life in the community. Services include independent living support, crisis intervention, skill building, networking, employment support, and health and wellness groups.

Walk for Mental Health
The Walk for Mental Health is a grassroots, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is managed by volunteers. The event is a cooperative effort of all of the major mental health agencies in the Sacramento region that help people who are mentally ill. For many, this is their largest fundraiser of the year.

NAMI Sacramento
A self-help support and advocacy organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with severe mental illnesses — physically-based brain disorders that can profoundly disrupt a person's ability to think, feel, and relate to others and their environment. NAMI Sacramento is affiliated with parent organizations National Alliance on Mental Illness and NAMI California.
